ORDER:

Sanction is accorded for the purchase of a Xerox Machine at an appropriate cost not exceeding of Rs.1.50 lakhs (Non-recurring) (Rupees One lakh and Fifty thousand only), for use at the Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chennai under Part-II Scheme for 2001-2002.? The Director of Drugs Control is directed to purchase the machine, after following the rules in force.

2) The expenditure shall be debited to, "2210.Medical and Public Health - 06.Public Health - 104.Drugs Control--Schemes in the Nineth Five Year Plan - II.State Plan - JA.Establishment of Drugs Testing Laboratory - 19.Machinery and Equipments - 1.Purchase." (D.P.Code: 2210.06.104-JA-1917).

3) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No.61759 / Health.1 / 2001-1, dated 13.9.2001.
