The Counselling will be held as follows t the Conference Hall of the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services , Chennai-6 ( 6 th Floor) at 10.00 A M

??????????? The Joint Director of Health Services? are requested to exhibit the circular in the notice boards of all the Institutions under their control, and ascertain that there should not be any room for complaint of unaware of the counselling.

??????????? The Joint Director of Health Services should issue service certificate for those desiring to attend the counselling. While issuing Service certificate the condition under para 4 (iii) and (iv) of the Government Order should be borne in mind besides furnishing long absence transferred / Promoted but not joined etc., The receipt of the circular may be acknowledged.
