??????? 2 Staff members are on duty on tow different windows during working hours and one person in the Afternoon and Night shifts.

??????? One window is exclusively for giving patient related information specially of indoor patients.

??????? The other window is for processing indoor admissions case sheet and issue of attendant pass.

??????? Location Guide Map have been put up at various places in the hospital.

??????? Smaller sketch maps are available at the Reception.

??????? Colour coded guidelines and directional sign boards are fixed at strategic points for guidance.

??????? Enquiries can be made over telephone.

CASUALITY AND EMERGENCY SERVICE:

??????? Medical legal Casualty to attend to on Medico-legal cases including traffic accidents.

??????? Duty Doctor is available round the clock.

??????? Specialist doctors are available round the clock.

??????? Heads of Departments are available on call from specialists, if required.

??????? Emergency Operations are done 24 hrs.

??????? In serious cases, treatment/management gets priority over paper work like registration and medico-legal ????????requirements.? The decision rests with the treating doctor.

??????? Free diet is provided to all patients in the General Wards.

??????? Visitors are allowed only between 4.00 6.00 P.M.

??????? Investigations like Ultra Sound, Barium-meal, ECHO, TMT etc., are free for low income group and Government approved rates are charged for the paying patients as per their Income Certificate.

??????? A Staff Nurse is on duty round the clock in the ward. They work in three shifts.
