• Rights of the Patients:

The doctor will be present in the Indian Systems of Medicines & Homoeopathy Hospitals, Indian Systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy wings in Medical College Hospitals, District Head Quarters Hospitals, Taluk & Non-Taluk Hospitals & Indian Systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy Dispensaries to treat the patients from 7.30 AM to 12.00 Noon and 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM and the doctor will also be present in the Indian Systems of Medicine & Homoeopathy wings in Primary Health Centres to treat the patients from 8.00 AM to 12.00 Noon and 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM.

• Patients on entering the hospital will receive attention within half-an-hour.? The medicines will be distributed to them, within half an hour of the consultation being over.
• The Doctor will treat the patients cordially and attentively.
• The doctor will explain to the patients about the nature of disease and the method of treatment.? The prescription will explain to the patients about the nature of disease and method of treatment.? The prescription will be neatly written with the dosage also indicated.? We will try to instill confidence in the minds of the patients.
• We will render the best medical facilities to the patients and intimate good efforts for recovery of the patients.
• Every patient has right to consult other doctors.? We will refer them for the further treatment to other hospitals without any delay if found necessary.
• We will not demand or receive any reward in cash or kind from the patient or their relatives.

Responsibilities of Patients:

1.??????????? Patients should help to keep the hospital neat and clean.? They should not spit, smoke or consume alcohol or other prohibited things within the campus.

2.??????????? Patients should avoid arguing with the medical Officer / Hospital staff or Co-patients Complaints can be recorded in the complaints book or lodged with the medical Officer for redressal.

3.??????????? Repose confidence in the treatment procedures and follow up the treatment advice.
