????????? The Guidelines for transfer counselling already issued in this office circular 88415/N2/1/02 dt.17/10/02 will be applicable for this counselling also.

????????? The Joint Director of Health Services are requested to exhibit the circular in the Notice Boards of all the Institutions under their control, and ascertain that there should not be any room for complaint of unawareness of the counselling.
?
????????? The Joint Director of Health Services should issue service certificates for those desiring to attend the counselling.? While issuing Service Certificate the condition under para 4 (iii) & (iv) of the Government Order should be borne in mind besides furnishing long absence transferred / promoted but not joined etc.,
