Consequent on the release of the panel for promotion as Junior Administrative Officer in the reference 2^nd cited and in accordance with the guidelines issued in the Government letter first cited for placement of promotion through counselling in order to fill up the existing vacancies of Junior Administrative Officers in the Medical Institutions as on date, the Office Superintendents whose names are included in the said panel and whose names are furnished in the Annexure are instructed to attend the counselling fixed at 3.00 pm on 27.01.2003 in the Conference Hall (6^th Floor) of the D.M.S. complex, Chennai-6, to decide their postings as Junior Administrative Officer, with reference to the option for only the vacancies available, they are informed that they are not eligible for T.T.A. for this purpose.
