1.????? The Medical Officers? in the cadre of Assistant Surgeon working in the following Districts are not eligible to take part in Counselling. However they are eligible to take part in Counselling for the vacancies within their District, provided 75% of the total sanctioned posts should not be kept vacant in the particular Institution.

2.????? Medical officers / Staff Nurses/Nursing Supdt Gr I,II and III who were transferred but not joined are not eligible for Counselling.
3.????? Medical officers / Staff Nurses/Nursing Supdt Gr I,II and III who have been transferred on Disciplinary grounds are not eligible to take part in Counselling.
4.????? Station Seniority in the present posting alone will determine the Seniority.
5.????? Resultant vacancies will also be considered during Counselling.
6.????? If the Incumbent is on leave for more than two Months that post will also be treated as vacant.
7.????? Contract Staff Nurses are not eligible to take part in Counselling.
8.????? The Counselling is only meant for? the vacancies exhibited.
9.????? Preference? will be given only to speciality Doctors? wherever warranted.
10.? The Staff Nurses working in the following districts? are not eligible to take part in Counselling on 29/10/2002. However they are eligible to take part in Counselling for the vacancies within their District, provided 75% of the total sanctioned posts should not be kept vacant in the particular Institution.

The incumbent who attends the Counselling should produce Service Certificate either from the Institution in which he/she is working or from the Joint Director of Health Services/ Deputy Director (Medical)? concerned.
No counselling for the post of Deputy Director (Medl), Hospital Superintendent, Resident Medical Officer, Regional Administrative Medical officers (ESI). Since the Post will? be filled up based on CML seniority .
Counselling for Ministerial cadre and other categories already fixed on 30/10/2002 is cancelled.
