It is proposed to conduct a Senior Civil Surgeon TRANSFER COUNSELLING on ????12.04.2007 at 9.30 A.M.? at the Conference Hall , 6^th floor , Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai-6.

?

??????????? The Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services / Deputy Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Dean of Medical Colleges, Regional Administrative Medical Officer(ESIS) and Hospital Superintendent (ESIS) are requested to communicate this to all the Senior Civil Surgeon’s working under their control and instruct the willing Senior Civil Surgeons to attend the counselling, along with the Service Certificate and no DP pending certificate.

Vacancy position will be announced in due course through E Mail to the Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services & Family Welfare.

?

The Senior Civil Surgeons promotion counselling will be taken up on the same day immediately after the transfer counselling is over.

Note:

??????????? 1. They should have fulfilled all the norms as specified in??? the Government

??????????? ??? Orders?? for counseling.

?????????? 2. They should have completed one year of service in their present? Station.
