It has been proposed to fill up the existing? vacancies of Senior Civil Surgeons posts in General line by counselling from among the incumbents in the approved panel cited, as per the willingness expressed by the promotees as per CML seniority. The Medical Officers with Sl.No.1 to 196 in the Annexure-I, i.e., from CML No.362 to 3397 as in the panel may be instructed to attend the counselling on 16.06.2006. The date and venue are furnished below:-

1.????? If the Medical Officer is not willing to take up the promotion and postings in General line, they are requested to furnish the relinquishment either temporary/ permanent in the prescribed format.
2.????? If they do not attend the counseling on the above date and do not furnish relinquishment, they will be issued promotion and posting orders in the available vacancies. These promotees will be relieved immediately from their present stations to join in the new post.
3.????? The Medical Officers whose name are not found in Annexure-I in the reference cited need not attend the counseling.
4.????? The Officers noted in the despatch entry are requested to paste this communication in the notice board and communicate the same to the Medical Officers concerned, duly obtaining their dated acknowledgement.
5.????? Promotion will be issued in the order of CML Seniority, subject to existing vacancies based on their request for promotion and posting. Posting order will be issued separately after the completion of the counseling.
6.????? No T.A and D.A. will be given to the Medical Officers attending counseling.
