??????????? The counseling for all the Doctors (Assistant Surgeon / Senior Assistant Surgeon / Civil Surgeon) is scheduled on? 25.02.2005 and 26.2.2005 for transfer and postings which shall be held at the office of the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai-6 at 9.00 AM onwards till the counseling is over i.e. the exact finishing time will be filling up of the last vacant post.

?

??????????? All the Doctors, who are desirous to attend the counseling should bring the latest service certificate, (format enclosed) as per Government order duly signed by the competent authority i.e Joint Director of Health Services, obtained on or after 14.02.2005.

?

??????????? The Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and Family Welfare are requested to adhere the rules strictly, prescribed for counselling, while issuing the service certificate, taking into consideration, the need of substitute etc.

?

??????????? The following categories of Doctors are eligible to attend the counseling.

?

1.???????????????? The doctors? without P.G.qualification? (only MBBS) shall be posted? in ESI.Dispensaries.? Hence all doctors without P.G.qualification should attend counseling without fail, otherwise compulsory postings? will be issued to fill up vacancies in the ESI. Dispensaries.

2.???????????????? Filling up the vacancies? in? National Programmes (i.e.)

?

Control of Blindness

Mental Health Programme

Aids Control Programme

Trauma care

?

3.???????????????? Filling up the? vacancies by specialists? in CEMONC centres.

?

4. ??????? Filling up of? all the vacancies in all institutions under the control of DM&RHS.,

5.???????? Doctors working in the R.D posts identified as excess should also attend the counseling.(75621/E1/2002)

6.???????? Doctors who have given temporary postings in the following orders? on completion of P.G. course.
