As per the Government instructions Counselling was fixed on 24.6.2004 for Medical Officers (including Dental Assistant Surgeons) who have completed PG Course and the same has been postponed. Now it is decided to conduct the counselling for the above Medical Officers on specialty wise like DGO, DA, DCH, MD (OG), MD (Paed) and MD (Anaesthesia) on 27^th July 2004 and remaining other categories on 28^th July 2004 (List of Medical Officers attached).

??????????? The above-mentioned Medical Officers are requested to produce service certificate and Degree certificate while attending the Counselling, which was already obtained by them.

??????????? The Asst. Surgeons who are not attending the counselling will be given compulsory postings.
