In pursuance of the proceedings cited, the Medical Officers shown in the annexure-I of the proceedings except Sl.No.5, 48, 95,107,113, 184 and 186 are promoted as Civil Surgeon in General line in the scale of pay of Rs.10000-325-15200 in the same post now, they are holding with effect from the date of this order.? The individuals are fully qualified to hold the post of Civil Surgeon in General line and eligible for fixation of pay under Fundamental Rule 22-B with effect from the date of this order.
