FOR ATTENTION TO M. PHARMACY 2005-2006 SESSION CANDIDATES

??????????? ??????????? During the counselling held on 05.10.2005 all the seats in M. Pharmacy in Madras Medical College were filled up.? For the remaining seats, individual call letters were despatched on 5.10.2005.

??????????? ??????????? Counselling for the newly approved courses/colleges will be held on?10-10-2005 at 10.00 A.M. at Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10.? The details are noted below:

??????????? ??????????? The list of candidates selected/waitlisted in the above specialities of M. Pharmacy for 2005-2006 session will alone be considered for admission.

??????????? ??????????? The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University have informed that midstream admissions are not permissible after the prescribed cut off date for all P.G. courses as per directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Further, the University has stated that the selected candidates in this counselling have to execute an affidavit stating that they will not claim any eligibility/permission on equity to appear for university examination on par with the candidates admitted within the cut off date viz. 31-05-2005 and that they agree to take up first year exam in September 2006 only subject to fulfillment of required attendance and other provisions as per? regulations.

??????????? ??????????? Individual call letters were sent to the candidates by post.? Postal delay will not be condoned.

?????????? ??????????? The selected candidates have to execute an affidavit prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University at the time of receipt of allotment orders at Selection Committee.
