??????????? In accordance with the G.O. cited,? the Counselling for transfer will be held for the Assistant Surgeons only on 7.8.2003 (Thursday) at Health and Family Welfare Training Centre, No.417, Pantheon Road, Opposite to Hotel Ashoka, Egmore, Chennai 600 008.
?
??????????? All those who wish to attend the counseling for transfers should attend the counselling at Chennai Centre only. There will not be any Counselling at District level.
?
??????????? The District-wise vacancies will be displayed in the Notice Board at the Counselling Centre, on the day of the counselling. The same will also be published in the website (tnhealth.org).
?
??????????? The Deputy Directors of Health Services are requested to communicate the circular to all the Block Medical Officers and instruct the staff who desire to attend the Counselling for transfer with application form for transfer alongwith the service particulars such as date of appointment, date from which working in the present station, disciplinary action pending etc. with the endorsement of the immediate officer incharge of the Office, since the station seniority in the present post alone will be the criteria for determining the priority for transfer.

??????????? The Deputy Directors of? Health services are also requested to furnish the Staff in position alongwith vacancy position of Assistant Surgeons as on 25.07.2003 in the prescribed format including vacancies due to unauthorized absence / leave for more than two months. The report in respect of Assistant Surgeons should be reached this office on or before 31.07.2003 without fail.

??????????? The Assistant surgeons those who have not completed one year of service not eligible for transfer counselling.

??????????? The Assistant Surgeons can attend the counselling for transfer by availing the leave to which they are eligible. They are not eligible for T.A. and D.A. to attend the Counselling.
??????????? The receipt of this letter may be acknowledged at once. Any failure in sending the staff position / Vacancy position will be viewed seriously.
