All the Deputy Directors of Health Services are informed that it has been proposed to release the candidates possessing the following Post Graduate specialities and those who are working in the Primary Health Centres now to Director of Medical and Rural Health Services side for postings in Taluk / Non-Taluk Hospitals.

The Deputy Directors of Health Services are therefore requested to take action to obtain and forward the Request Application of the willing Medical officers possessing the above Post Graduate qualifications including Senior Civil Surgeons along with the service particulars and Xerox copy of their Post Graduate Certificates duly attested by them.
?
They are requested to forward such applications on or before 18.3.2004 without fail.? The application of other candidates who do Officers not possess the above Post Graduate qualifications need not be sent to this office.

This should be treated as Most Urgent and action taken expeditiously.
