??????????? Applications are invited from reputed Government/Non Governmental Organisations/ Public/Private Training Institutions to impart training to the NGOs supported by Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, on the following subjects: -
1.?????????????????? Basics on STD/HIV/AIDS and Community Care.
2.?????????????????? Counseling.
3.?????????????????? Condom Promotion through Social Marketing.
4.?????????????????? Communication through Puppet Show & Street theatre performances.
5.?????????????????? Training of Trainers in Peer Education including field demonstration linked to Targeted Intervention
6.?????????????????? Computer, Accounting and Project Proposal writing.
7.?????????????????? Documentation, Monitoring & Evaluation.

1.? |
The Institution should be a legally registered organization. |
|
2.? |
Basic infrastructure should be in place, both men and material to conduct the programme. |
|
3.? |
The Institution should have stable organizational structure. |
|
4.? |
Established Track record in Training with a minimum experience of three years in the areas indicated and support of evidence to prove the same. |
|
5.? |
A true and fair track record in the financial operations and sustainable financial position for the past three years and evidence to prove the same. |
|
6.? |
The Applicants may apply for one or more training subjects. |
|
7.? |
Technical details containing methodology, Training details, duration, CVs of faculty members and their experience should be given in a separate sealed cover indicating the specific training programme. |

8.? |
The training should be residential in nature, either at the institutions' location or other locations within the state. |
|
9.? |
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement method will be followed. |
??????????? Interested and eligible Institutions/NGOs may forward Technical Bid in a sealed envelop superscribed?? "QUOTATION FOR NGO TRAINING PROGRAMME" on the top of the envelope and the envelope should be dropped inside the tender box kept in TANSACS office, Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, No. 417, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai-600 008, latest by? 17.03.2005 at 3 P.M. The Technical bids, which are being sent by postal/courier, should be sent well in time duly marked on the envelope. Late receipt of the bids due to delay in delivery by post/courier or any other method of posting will not be entertained.?
