Applications are invited from the interested eligible candidates for the following posts in the Project Office of the World Bank supported Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project, Chennai.

Sl.No.1? -? Chief Executive Officer for Public Private Partnership Management Cell

The officer is required to initiate and facilitate dialogue among Government, NGOs, Private Sector and informal private providers and explore options for collaboration and designing public private partnership activities in health to be supported by the Project.

Qualifications :? A? doctor with MBBS degree with? following additional qualifications?

?????????????????? a.????? MBA or? experience in managing health facilities would be preferable

????????????????? b.????? Experience of working with NGOs engaged in health programmes would be an added? qualification.

Salary ??:? Consolidated? payment of? Rs 30,000 per? month

Sl.No.2 :? -? Bio- Medical Engineer

To work in the Equipment Procurement and Maintenance Cell of Project Management Unit

Qualifications :? A degree in MBBS / BE (bio-engineering) / (Electronics) / (Electrical) / (Instrumentation)/? (Mechanical) / B.Sc? Physics / Maths???

a.?????? Diploma in Bio-medical Engineering

b.????? Candidates who have undergone Special training in equipment maintenance will be given preference

c.?????? Experience : 2 years as Bio-medical Engineer in hospital /firm would be desirable

Salary ??:? Consolidated? payment of? Rs 15,000 per? month

Sl.No.3 ??Officer - Communications & Field Operations

To? Work in the Health Promotion Cell of the Project Management Unit

The candidate would be required to work on 1) Designing of? health campaigns?2) Designing? and dissemination of BCC materials? &? 3 ) Monitoring? and supervision? of project related IEC activities?

Qualification :

1. Master’s degree / diploma in Mass Communication
2. Any additional qualification in the field will be preferable
3. Atleast two years experience of working in health promotion campaign / projects

Salary ??:? Consolidated? payment of? Rs 12,000 per? month

All the above appointments are only on temporary basis for a period of? two years. However it can be extended to a total of five years depending on performance appraisal.??? The job entails? extensive? touring within the State.
