Message : west bengal PGCET2005 counselling is due on 18 th april to 21 st april .see the website www.thewbuhs.org. for more information( counselling is on 18 th april).when is tamil nadu counselling going to start.supreme court has given orders to start counselling in states for 50% seats only in states.now that there is nothing left over,imean the mastes courses int amil nadu,DME can start the counselling for 50 % seats at least.there is no way any clinical masters degree would come back to any particular state as hardly anything is left over except anatomy and physiology. supreme court orders ruling:- (dated 8 th april 2005) ITEM NO.46 COURT NO.3 SECTION X S U P R E M E C O U R T O F I N D I A RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO.157 OF 2005 AMIT GUPTA & ORS.
