| Message : | The Bulltin Board is meant to express any grievances faced by any individual. However certain amount of decency is expected when any message is posted in this bulletin board as the individual who post the message is a learned person and intelligence enough to use internet. No unparlimentary words are expected to be in the text of the message.The individual who has posted this message should immediately apologise for his/her act otherwise this will be treated as a "cyber crime" and appropriate action will be taken. The content of the message will be scrutinized for its merit and action will be taken if necessary. The matter may also be represented through the Tamilnadu Government Doctors' Association if necessary. ***---REPLIED TO MESSAGE BELOW---*** the samething is happened in theni medical college. instead of posting in FM ,all doctors are posted in casualty. those who are more than 10 years of service is exempted from casualty. infact more than 8 doctors are posted in casualty. since most of them are surgeons and the DS is asurgeon exploitation of all junior doctors occured. ***---REPLIED TO MESSAGE BELOW---*** Respected Madam, We have been released from DPH side (most corrupt Side)to DME side, we thought in DME there is only corruption during PG entrance time alone,But the DME SIDE Is similar to dph SIDE.One difference is there DDHS IS THE MAIN CORRUPT FELLOW but except Dean everyone in DME side is asking money.Particularly in vellore medical College the AO IS asking money to send our joining report to old station,The Medical Superintendent is incharge of everything (unfortunately the Dean is Academecially inetrested lady rather than administartion).He is almost ragging the newly joined doctors and having company with old thirrtu fellows (that is those who worked in Previous Vellore GH Before it is converted to Medical college)and saying that they are worked lot and they want to have some rest,What he is thinking as if we have given rest for 6 years and the old fellows worked 24hrs a day 7 days week 365 days a year.Regarding Postmortem duty put old fellows or put those posted in FM department or take contract doctors for the same ?why you have given one post in the order and the Medical superintendent is giving other posting whenm we joine d there?Please madam we have joined with lot of hopes in DME department don't dash our hopes .Whatever we have mentioned is true if you want to verifyplease ask the MED super to submit the list of Doctors posted for Postmortem duty for the last 3-4 months,please do something. If no body is posted in FM dewpartment than every ASSISTANT Surgeon should do in turns not the juniors alone so everyone |
