| Message : | respected madam, our honourable president dr.a.p.j.abdulkalam has suggested upsc to reserve 3 seats in IAS exams for handicapped persons . i request you to tell clearly whether handicapped persons will be given reservation in 2005 pg counselling for md/ms . when i joined in mbbs only 3 seats were given to handicapped persons. now 27 seats are reserved after highcourt order.it is not possible to approach either our president or high court for each and every issue. so i request you to give clearcut answer regarding this issue before counselling. otherwise i have no other way except approaching the above mentiond sources |
