How will other contract consultants ask for LPC

Sir, The sorry status of affairs in GVMCH is continuing, despite several issues raised by newly joined doctors. 1.The office superintendent is the most corrupt and most lazy creature. He is not sending the joining report of newly joined doctors for the past 3 months,Hence our LPC has not sent by our old station BMO'S. 2.The lady doctors are harrased by the posting them in the Postmortem duty(only newly Joined)but those who are worked in govt Pentland hospital has not posted for Postmortem duty. 3.Those who got money will get CMO posting,Even if the DME has given the post of CMO they will posted in Surgery and Medicine and in ENT department. 4.For the 3 months almost most of the doctors who has joined didn't get the pay.But no higherups are interested to look afterr that.That too those who are not practising their family pushed to the status of starving.we'll send telegram to CM Cell Stating family Starving No pay for 3 months. 5.To meet the Dean is most difficult task and she is interested only in cheating Medical Council AND GET 100 seats for thius year(To MCI THE vellore medical college is nothing but upgraded PHC WHERE NO UREA CREATININE LIVER FUNCTION TEST X- RAY CAN'T BE TAKEN ) Sir we need a clear reply from your side 1.When will the newly joined doctors will get their pay? 2.If we are posted in the oteher Department other than one mentioned in the order given by DME tHAT experience will count for us?( for example if we are posted in Physiology departyment by DME but we are asked to work inthe Surgery department that experience will take into accopunt. 3.Regarding postmortem duty what is the rule ?Is any body posted in Forensic Department?If not what is the rule . so sir please inform clearly newly joined doctors.
