Sir, It is nice to hear some proper reply from tnhealth stating that steps are taken for early salary. But some of the preexsisiting post you have posted somebody for them also the same status mainly due to non receival of LPC from old station. Why you should not take action against Concerned DDHS/JDHS/BMO for not sending the LPC and SR even after thhey have received our joining report from vellore medical college officially. One more problem we are facing is those who are posted in NonClinical departments are asked to do maual labour work like shift the table chair etc due to not posting hospital workers. The only thing they have not done is sanitary work, so ask the administartive staff to post some hospital worker for the above jobs. The other main problem is arbittary postings for every month posted by Medical superintendent(according to his wish rather than any order )Particulry for Casualty and Postmortem duty.If he think every new doctor should have some experience in both things ok post them once after that post the person who have got the orders no the person who have alraedy finished.regarding postmortem duty only new doctors are posted even those who have finished once,if some body is not posted in FM department everyone should do PM in turns there are 123 assistant Surgeons so it should be repeated after 123 days not once in 30 days. But the MS don't put the old doctors working in GPH (Pentland Hospital)and ask the new doctors to do again. Sir so please take some steps for this problem too.immeidately, otherwise it will lead to revolt against the MS AND dean will occur in future. To chennai doc regarding starvation If you aare in service, and not practising even if you are having Mch /DM you should starve if you aare not receivng salary for 3 months. We have other commitments too.So it is easily said than face the situation. vellore doctors. |
