| Message : | What steps you think we can take ?? Talk to the minister of social welfare ??? or go to court?? And do you think you are going to find this out as to how many seats were given to BC/MBC/SC/ST without a community wise seat matrix ?? If 50% of "ALL SEATS" went to all India, then all reservations are bound to suffer. And by the way a lot of seats have gone below the 8 mark as well, which means no more reservations on these specialities. No point just making noice on the forum. Find out if we really are getting the total %age of seats earmarked if not, represent to DME, and if not fair response then we got to be doing something !!! ***---REPLIED TO MESSAGE BELOW---*** this msg is especially for cadidates belonging to RESERVATION CATEGORY especialy for sc/st candidates.do u know why dme people are hesitant to release community wise distributin of SEAT MATIX....'coz lot of fraud has been done in those resrvation seats. DME has no rights to scratch seats from the reservation meant for sc/st as it is a law written in our constituent,.dont u remember guyz even big instution like JIPMER surrenderd only seats from OPEN CATEGORY to all india without disturbing quota seats..SO IT IS PRUDENT FOR DME TO CALCULATE SEAT MEANT FOR SC/ST IN WHOLESOME,i.e 18%for s.c and 1%for s.t from total seats before surrendreing seats to all india.if DME fail to do so they are making a MOCKERY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE,which is punishable under law.HOPE DME WONT ALLOW US TO TAKE RADICAL STEPS TO RETAIN OUR BIRTH RIGHT. |

No point just making noice on the forum. Find out if we really are getting the total %age of seats earmarked if not, represent to DME, and if not fair response then we got to be doing something !!!
