reagarding the distribution of seats , community wise .can the concerned authorities display the seat matrix clearly . as per the ruling of the honourable supreme court 50% 0f seats are to be surrendered for all india entance exam which excludes the sc/st reservation...reservation for sc/st is part of the constitution .if one sees the seat alloted to sc /st candidates one is left to wonder if there has been a consti tutional amendment??can the dme clarify.... the reservation had been alotted keeping in mind the backwardness of the community educationally,socially,and also economically which holds true even today as evidenced by the fact that many of the students in this community are not aware of their rights which our constitution promises.... it is in such pathetic circumstances that we besige the government to lokk into the matter antd see to it that the minorities rightfull rights are not siezed. can the tnhealth respond at the earliest, can the students awaken to this injustice and not be lethargic, it is in public interest,
