| Message : | Hi, You guys are talking about constitution finally that is fine.if it is a constitutional RIGHT why dont you FIGHT against the all india? YOU guys are writing this exam TOTALLY FREEEEEEEEEEE when others are paying 1000 rs for the same.A M.B;B.S completed doctor could not afford 1000? Are you that much ECONOMICALLY POOR it is a shame for you ***---REPLIED TO MESSAGE BELOW---*** dear friend, yes the sc / st seat allotment is quite fishy.i dont think the tnhealth will respond.. ***---REPLIED TO MESSAGE BELOW---*** reagarding the distribution of seats , community wise .can the concerned authorities display the seat matrix clearly . as per the ruling of the honourable supreme court 50% 0f seats are to be surrendered for all india entance exam which excludes the sc/st reservation...reservation for sc/st is part of the constitution .if one sees the seat alloted to sc /st candidates one is left to wonder if there has been a consti tutional amendment??can the dme clarify.... the reservation had been alotted keeping in mind the backwardness of the community educationally, socially, and also economically which holds true even today as evidenced by the fact that many of the students in this community are not aware of their rights which our constitution promises.... it is in such pathetic circumstances that we besige the government to lokk into the matter antd see to it that the minorities rightfull rights are not siezed. can the tnhealth respond at the earliest, can the students awaken to this injustice and not be lethargic, it is in public interest, |
