IUD - Copper 'T'

* To avoid pregnancy after childbirth Cu 'T' can be inserted for 3-5 years.

* Inserted in all Government Hospitals and Primary Health Centres at free of cost.

* Those who do not prefer sterilisation can use Cu 'T'.

* After menstruation i.e. 3-5 days, after childbirth, after MTP, Copper - 'T' can be inserted.

Oral Pill Contraceptive

* Harmless.

* All mothers, mothers who are not fit for sterilisation and to postpone pregnancy; used for two years.

* Prevent pregnancy; to regulate menstruation cycle and excess bleeding, stomach pain, cancer and Ectopic pregnancy can be avoided.

* If they need childbirth, they can stop taking oral pill.

* Available in all Government institutions at free of cost.
