      • CBOs run by Commercial Sex workers supported for Networking among Commercial Sex Workers in five major districts.
      • CBOs run by the Eunuchs supported for HIV/AIDS prevention among Eunuchs.

    • Made the NGOs as service providers.?? 1997 onwards more than 100 NGOs run STD Clinic for different priority groups.
    • NGOs in providing care for People Living with HIV/AIDS.? So far encouraged 20 NGOs on Care programmes both Hospital based and Home based care from 1997 onwards.

State Level Committee, constituted - conducted 41 programmes for women groups like Women in industry,? Women in slums,?? Women Jail inmates-prisons,? Women police.

In order to address Legal and ethical issues People Living with HIV/AIDS- Established Legal Counselling cell for People Living with HIV/AIDS.
