Tenders are issued to the manufacturers or Direct Importer on receipt of payment for Tenders.

Tenders to be submitted in 2 Covers viz.,?
Cover "A" - criteria and Cover "B" - rates.

Cover "A" will be opened by Tender Committee on the due date in the presence of Tenderers.

Cover "B" will be opened in the presence of Tenderers on the date announced after inspection of the manufacturing premises of new tenderers in case of drugs, and after Evaluation in case of surgical and suture material samples by Experts.?

The rate per unit quoted by the tenderers shall be fed into the Computer and the lowest tenderer is selected by the Computer.?

The list of? L1 rates are published on the same day in the website of TNMSC.
